Can I host a group order?Yes, please feel free to! All items are in-stock and whatever is available online, is available for you to order. Please make your orders directly through my website as we will not be managing any group orders. If you purchase any items through someone else's group order, we will not be responsible for any problems that may arise that are out of my control.

Do you ship internationally?Yes! We are based in Singapore, and we ship internationally through Qxpress and SingPost, and you will be sent a tracking number which can be tracked through the relevant website. Please note that tracking information after dispatch from Singapore is subjected to the destination post's availability, and there may be taxation charges from your country's customs depending on where you live in.

How is shipping calculated?Shipping is a flat rate of S$4 for Singapore, and S$12 for elsewhere. For orders above S$35, shipping will be free.

How long will my items take to arrive?Items will be packed and shipped within 4 working days of receiving your order. Singapore based orders should take anywhere from 1-3 working days to arrive. For international orders, in general they take around 7-14 working days to arrive, but might be quicker or slower depending on how near you are to Singapore and how quickly your country's custom clears items. If your order has not arrived after 7 working days for Singapore orders, or 18 working days for international orders, please contact us at sabrina@cuteprawnstudios.com and we will assist you accordingly!
