Shipping & Returns
Shipping for all orders are flat rate for all items. It is S$4 for all Singapore based orders, and S$12 for all international orders. Free shipping is available for orders S$35 and above! If your order contains pre-order items, your order will only be shipped once the pre-order items arrive!
Items will be dispatched within 4 working days of your order being completed. Singapore based orders will take 1-3 working days to arrive, and international shipping will take 7-14 working days. All items are sent by Qxpress or SingPost, and all packages have a tracking number.
Regarding international orders, please note that your items may not continue to have online tracking updates upon leaving Singapore, depending on your country's local postal services. If a package is not received within 7 working days (Singapore) or 18 working days (international), please let us know and we will assist you with it.
Please note that we are not responsible for paying any custom taxes in your country. Different countries have different tax policies, so please be aware of how your country charges for taxes on packages before making a purchase! Return & Exchange Policy
Once an order has been shipped out, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind or other related reasons. If your items have been delivered wrongly or are damaged from delivery, please email us and we will assist you for either an exchange or refund! Our return policy for damaged/wrongly delivered products is only valid for 14 days after the product has been successfully delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return for damaged/wrongly delivered products, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is not in its original condition or in the same condition as you had received it, you will receive a partial refund instead.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
